Ugliest thing I've ever put on my head; the head band is clumpy and doesn't lay right. Waiting on response from seller so I can return it:(

I ordered two of these. One of them was perfect, and the second one is in horrible condition! The wrinkles are so deep set in that I cannot get them out it looks like it was in a ball for years before it was sent to me! They were both stuffed in the same tiny envelope to save on shipping. I have steamed it 3 times and nothing is helping it. and there are strings and loose threads coming out EVERYWHERE. I bought it as a gift for my sister but I am too embarrassed to even give it to her, I am just going to throw it in the trash b/c it cannot be saved. I am VERY disappointed.

Ordered these in September and they never arrived. I emailed the company and they asked me to check with my post office. My post office did not have them. I have emailed them to please refund my money since it appears they are lost in the mail, but they have not responded. They have kept my money and I do not have my order!!

purchased as a gift, I think my niece will really like this.
