So cute, my daughter loves it

My order was never received and this was a Christmas gift. I reached out and was told my claim was denied. I'm beyond disappointed in this customer service.

Didn’t work like shown and wasn’t easy to set and style

Super soft gloves. I bought 6 pairs to give as gifts and they all worked amazingly. One person could not get the gloves to work with their phone, but the rest of us had no problem. Would buy again.
