I ordered two of these for Christmas gifts for my sisters. One is damaged. The bar or spring that holds the watch face to the strap is missing (at the top). So now the watch just flops over. Super annoyed! Shouldn't there be someone checking to ensure items are not damaged prior to shipping?

As expected and on time
I ordered this scarf as a Christmas gift and did not receive the one in the picture. Emailed seller about it and never heard back from them.
They look cute but don’t work as well on the touch screen as others I’ve had before. Also when I received them the knit wasn’t done well and there was a hole in the finger.
