Blanket Scarf Ponchos
I ordered my scarves on November 6, 2018. It is November 22nd, and I am still waiting for my scarves. I ordered these as gifts, and now the gifts will be delayed. I got notice on November 21, 2018, that my items have shipped with an estimated delivery date of November 26th. I reached out via email to Aili's Corner, and did not get a reply. I cannot speak as to the quality of the scarves as I have not received them yet.
Hi Heidi! Thank you for your order! We did receive your emails! When we responded, we kept getting an "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" error code. We reached out to support, but were unable to provide us with another way to contact you. We are very sorry you didn't receive our previous messages. We had a small hiccup with inventory and were waiting on a few styles to come in before sending out your order. We are very sorry for the delay. We hope you are enjoying your ponchos!
