The hat is nice but it was folded for shipping and the creases won’t come out of the hat.

Hi Anita! Thank you for ordering your sunhat from us!! Sometimes they do get a little squished in the mail. If you hit it with a steamer for just a couple minutes the creases will come out and look like the pictures. The hats used for the photo shoot were smashed in a suitcase and after being steamed they came out perfect! Please don't hesitate to reach out if I can help in any way!
