Aili's Corner has amazing customer service! I ordered two of these kimonos and one of them came not true to size. It was an XL that fit like a medium would on me. I contacted them and they quickly offered a refund or a replacement. I asked for the replacement and they quickly sent another that was true to size.They were easy to contact and prompt on their responses. These are lovely pieces and they were a pleasure to deal with.
