I wear a large in tops and I ordered an xl. It still doesn’t fit. Very thin cheap fabric. Don’t purchase!

Seller sent me a damaged hat with strings sticking out of it and runs in the fabric. When I reached out, they told me to sew the strings inside the hat and that it would be fine. Only way to get a refund is to pay to return the item and they would not refund shipping. Such a joke. Unprofessional and will not purchase from again. Sends damaged product and won’t make it right. Lost a customer for $12.99.
