I really can't even give it a one star. I have been so completely pleased with everything I have ordered from Jane.com and I am no doubt a huge Jane.com fan. When I received this watch, it was broke. The small metal bar that holds the face of the watch to the band had come apart and the other end was just about to do the same. Very disappointed and an order that went directly into the trash. Waste of my money for the first time ever at this site.

I had this item arrive damaged (fleece lined gloves came with a hole in one of the seams) which I would like to return or exchange for an undamaged pair. I have the original packaging but no information on returns was included from this particular dealer. How do I start the process? Thank you, Lacey

I ordered 2 of these watches. One in black and the other in red. Very happy with the black watch, gets a lot of compliments. However, the red one arrived with a dead battery. Very disappointing!
