Marcia, I'm so sorry you misread this deal, that's not at all what we intend :( We reached out to you directly without a response. This deal clearly lists it as a decal and we make sure to do so in several areas before your purchase. It's noted in the actual title, the description, the what you are receiving section with the size and other details noted, on every photo (which you have to scroll past to get to the vinyl choices, so I'm not sure why you assumed it was printed), on every email correspondence from Jane and us including the video application link. We show several photos of wine glasses, mugs, a laptop and a journal so you can see how to DIY these decals to make cute gifts! The cost to actually ship a single piece of breakable drinkware would be at least $7. That's why we offer the decals instead. We can gladly make a personalized drinkware item but unfortunately not for $3.99. We're absolutely happy to walk you through the application process personally if you reply back to our message. We want you to get the most use out of your purchase and make some super cute gifts!
