HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered on 11/19/20 and still today 12/16/20 have not received order! Contacted company about requesting a refund as it will not be delivered before when the gift needed given. I was told "Thanks for reaching out I'm happy to help you." then offered no help! I understand with Holidays and Covid shipping times could be delayed however maybe you should instruct that to parents when ordering we live over 50 miles from a close store (rural area) and stuck without a gift for a teacher. VERY DISAPPOINTING and would NEVER recommend this company! I was told there will be NO refund but - have a blessed day! WOW! Nice way to run a business.

Justine, as I mentioned in our emails, I'm so incredibly sorry for the USPS delays! Your personalized order shipped out a week after it was ordered. Unfortunately, there was a Covid outbreak at a facility that caused a significant delay :( As we discussed, tracking is showing the package did arrive in your state & is on it's way to you. I'm so sorry you misunderstood the Ship By date to be a receive date. There's no way Jane or it's sellers can promise a delivery date. I did offer to replace your purchase should it not arrive and I stand by that should it become necessary. As of right now it is still on track to be delivered and I hope your gift recipient will enjoy it! Please do reach out if you don't receive it as I will make sure you receive a replacement & can ship direct to your recipient with a gift message on your behalf.
