Never recieved, just like all the other negative reviews on this item/seller. I'll be opening a dispute with PayPal.

The boots are cute, though seem a little wide at the ankles. However, I only gave it 3 stars because it took so long to get them- about 3 weeks. I thought they were to be shipped within a week of ordering. Luckily I ordered them for my granddaughter for Christmas so didn't need them for a few months.

My daughter absolutely loooooves this dress!! It isn't "itchy" anywhere, which is very important when you are 5! The fabric is comfortable and adorable!

Extremely delayed shipment. It was supposed to ship by August 23 and it is now September 4th and I still have not received a tracking number. I emailed and they told me it was scheduled to ship a week ago.

The dresses are actually amazing and I love them so much which is the worst part because i will never buy from this company again. The item was supposed to ship in 7 days and never did. I emailed the seller with no response multiple times. I contacted jane.com and they emailed the seller and she stated they were shipping out the next day. The next day came and went and the seller still did not ship. It was not until i disputed a claim to paypal that the item was shipped and delivered. Super disappointing in this seller because the items are amazing but because of the poor customer service I will not be purchasing any more items.

Lovely dress, fit true to size. It's a little short, but my girl is tall. My only complaint is that it took an entire month to receive it.

Placed orders for 5 dresses and never received them. Tracking numbers are incomplete. Very disappointed

I don't know Never received my order. DO NOT order from this seller. I can not believe Jane still allows this seller on their site. There are other vendors that sell these exact same dresses.

The bow came off due to a stripped screw before my daughter even put the boots on :(
