So disappointing. I ordered this on December 12 and shipping note from seller said would ship by December 21 and usually ships within 7 days. Just arrived yesterday (January 2) and was so thin. The dresses look like Boden or Hanna Anderson in the pictures with regards to quality. But they are so thin when you place your hand underneath you can see your hand. Also style #8 (from time I ordered that was reference number; colored horses all over it) is silk screened vs soft cotton. I ordered another batch in interim since they listed larger sizes but will stick to just buying Hanna dresses on sale or via Zullily when they sell them.

I ordered two dresses on December 12th as Christmas gifts. It was stated here that their items normally ship within 7 days. I received them the day after Christmas. I would have appreciated a notification alerting me it wouldn’t ship within 7 days, so I could have cancelled the order.

I received mine and was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered the red and "gray" striped dress with the 2 hearts for my daughter as a Valentine's dress. The stripes are definitely red and GREEN! I understand that the color may differ from the monitor/phone screen, but everything else I have ordered and ordered that same day were pretty spot on with color. I ordered gray leggings from a different seller for her to wear with the dress, and they're definitely not going to look good with the green. The red also faded quite a bit after 1 wash.

Like many reviewers who ordered on December 12th, I have not received the dresses I ordered and it is January 2nd. It seems they can't handle the volume of sales Jane produces. I emailed them on the 20th since it said it ships in 7 days and they said it was going out the next day. The immediately created a label as though they were going to ship it, yet it still hasn't be scanned by UPS. I would say it isn't a shipping error since I'm not the only one who doesn't have my items. I have emailed two times since the 21st and still NO REPLY!!! I want my items. They are Christmas gifts. I see they are on here today taking more orders (1/2/18). Don't order because they won't ship! Jane shouldn't allow this seller to post items if they can ship the ones they posted weeks ago !

Ordered 12/13. Seller did not meet shipping description listed in item. After 10 days of not receiving I reached out to seller who replied “you will not receive by Christmas” instead of answering my question of a status update. Here we are 19 days later, still no items, little to no reply from seller. Had to contact Jane to intervene to request refund. Been a loyal Jane customer since 2013 and I will NEVER shop from this seller again. Ridiculous. Jane customer service was AMAZING and kind. Xoxo

Ordered on the 12th of Dec, still have not received my two dresses! I have emailed retailer twice with no response. My est. ship day was the 21st. They obviously do not ship within the 7 day time frame that they say. They also do not respond to any emails. This is the first company that I have been very disappointed with on the Jane site. I will not be ordering from them again even if I do like the dresses!

Ordered three dresses and all are slightly different lengths. Quality seems fine. Fabric is printed, not woven would suggest ordering full size up.

I ordered it on Dec. 10th for a Christmas gift, received it on Dec 30th.

Ordered this on December 12 and it’s December 30th and still have not received it. The estimated ship date was supposed to be December 20th....10 days ago. Hmmmm. At this point I will not be buying from this seller in the future. 👎🏻

The seller shipped 7 business days after the expected/typical ship by date and I still haven't received my order. Due to the holiday, I will not get it for 3 more days - 3 weeks after I placed my order. I am incredibly disappointed in this transaction. I would not recommend purchasing from this vendor.

Absolutely the worst sales personal. Did not ship for nearly a month. Ordered dec 12th it is now dec 30 and still no product. Do not order!

This product shipped a week later than it should have. I sent the seller an email asking why it was taking so long to ship, but I got no reply, which was disappointing. However, the product was great!

The dresses w buttons on shoulder run smaller than baseball sleeve dresses (or baseball sleeve run bigger than dress w buttons) Have not washed yet, so not sure about shrinkage. Seems to be true to size. So so cute!
