One ear was completely bent in half. There was hot glue string all over. Poor quality.

I ordered the Minnie Mouse Ears and the bow was misshaped and had a hole in it. I tried to contact the seller with no response.

The ears are falling apart and I just got them today. Very cheaply made and the thread attaching the ears to the headband is unraveling.

I ordered the rose gold ears and they came missing a bunch of sequins. I have reached out to the vendor 4 times and have heard nothing back.

I ordered two for my twin daughters one fell apart as soon as we pulled it out if he package. They aren’t near as cute in person. Will definitely pay extra to get better pairs next time.

They arrived broken. The ears are disconnected from the headband.

These ears arrived crushed by the mail. They are metal that is easily bended. Also, the hot glue had come apart taking the bow off. They are also for children and smaller heads, not like Disney Parks ears.

I ordered from this seller and never recieved​ my item. It says it was delivered but never was. I have tried reaching out to her and have not heard from her. BEWARE OF SELLER.

I purchased these for an upcoming Disney trip. They arrived quickly. The Cinderella style had wire bent in the ears and was almost see through and it looked like a mess after just one day use (taking on and off for fast rides and putting in my backpack). The rose gold & ariel style were a bit better but...the ears had some type of foam and it did flop occasionally. You get what you pay for. I think I would have rather purchased a pair in the parks for $30+ that will last trip after trip as the quality with these $12.99 pairs is not there unfortunately.

Ordered 2 ears. Only 1 arrived. Seller has not responded to email.

Ears are ok quality nothing spectacular, but the real reason I am giving them a 1 star is their customer service!! Don't order from them if you are unsure of sizing, unsure or confused by which ear/dress goes with the horrible descriptive name they give there items, and do not assume that the order of pictures and the order of the items you scroll through match up, because they don't!! When you email them about the wrong dress coming in they are sure just pay to send it back and then we will send you an invoice to pay for more shipping to send the new dress to you, so I have now paid more in shipping cost than the dress cost!! I would totally understand if I just decided I didn't like it or made a clear mistake, but why would you have a picture of a dress listed on Jane if it wasn't even in the drop box to order, and then not be willing to correct the issue!! NO THANKS YOU CAN HAVE ALL 70 DOLLARS WORTH OF PRODUCTS BACK THAT I ORDER!!!

I was very disappointed in the ears I received. I ordered the white ears with the red bow with polkadots. The ears are very flimsy and the white polkadots have yellow all around the edges.

Item itself is really cute. Seller is a liar and over charges shipping. Also tells you separate orders can't br combined after I had immediately emailed and asked and told me my items couldn't be because they had already shipped. My items came together in one package not separate like she claimed

Don't let the COUTURE name fool you. These ARE NOT boutique quality ears. These are hot glued together like a middle school craft project. And YES you will need to clean them up. They come with hot glue hairs still attached. Ours arrived defected....we ordered the STITCH EARS and it literally needed a stitch to reattach the ear. Seller offered a discount on another pair. We will not be ordering again. They offered to replace but no guarantee they would arrive in time for our trip. Best to spend a few xtra dollars on Etsy instead of buying from PRESLEY COUTURE. We didn't have the best of luck with this shop.

Was sent the wrong ears. Impossible to get a hold of seller. Such a letdown.

Bought Cruella ears for 10y.o. to wear to Mickeys Halloween party. 4 stars for look, 1 star for design. The little cane/wand/stick came off before we even got to the park and head piece would not stay on (metal band). Every time she looked up they would fall off, running to our next destination fell off multiple times. Only able to wear them for pictures.
