Willie & Dolly Designs

We are so glad you found us! We are a husband and wife duo from the midwest where we currently reside with our beloved golden retrievers, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton and Patsy Cline. I graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Retail Merchandising and Design and if you are unfamiliar with North Dakota, it’s not exactly the fashion mecca of the USA. Little did I know, I would end up marrying a farmer and moving west to Bismarck, ND. I was excited about the move but this left me even fewer options in the fashion career arena. I continued working with the same company I was with in Fargo but switched over to a remote setting at home. About a year and a half later, I realized my dreams were larger than working for someone else’s dreams and randomly quit my job. I scrambled to try to figure out my next game plan and a business was born. I have always been passionate about being creative, crafting, sewing, and anything DIY related. I created some signs for our wedding and was encouraged by family and friends to start selling them so I opened up our business in late 2016. The rest is history! (And we have been covered in sawdust ever since.) Wood is our canvas. Each grain tells a different story, much like our art. Our handcrafted products are completely made to order & put together by us, from start to finish. We love what we do and strive for quality and perfection in all our handmade products. This little business has already grown and evolved beyond our wildest dreams and we are excited for what the future holds. We are constantly learning and growing in our business and our marriage. Working side by side your spouse isn’t always the easiest thing in the world but it has taught us many lessons that has strengthened our relationship and lives together.
