Nothing against the company really but my order was cancelled (mutual) & I still haven't received my promised refund. They say Jane.com handles the refunds but I'm not sure. Either way it's been 2 weeks with no word from Jane.com & no refund

I ordered this in November. When I contacted them last week, they said they ordered the wrong size and were waiting on another one to be printed and would send it. I've sent at least three emails since then with no reply. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Looks like I'll be shopping for something else. Very disappointed.

I ordered these for Christmas gifts. When it was close to Christmas and I hadn't received them I contacted the company. They told me they had received the wrong size prints and contacted me but I hadn't responded. Not true. I never received a message or email. I went ahead and accepted the wrong size prints with the promise I would get the correct size after Christmas. Today (Jan. 9th) I received not only three pictures in the wrong size, but also of the wrong family. So now, someone has pictures of my family and I have pictures of theirs. I want a refund and I will NOT be using this company again.

I had ordered a product and they were very helpful at first. When I receive the product I received somebody else's picture. And when I went to figure out a solution it took forever for email to go back-and-forth and also eventually stop emailing me to figure out a solution.

Seller was great to work with and allowed more time for upload because my email filtered out the instructions. However, the print came back quite grainy. Not sure if my pics uploaded at a lower resolution but I would have appreciated an email if so.

The one thing I do like about the photo? It's size and how light weight it is. The corners were super sharp, and one came bent and looks ridiculous. The quality of the print is terrible, there seems to be a halo effect going on and some of it is glossy, most of it being matte. It's a cheap job! Incidentally, when I originally purchased it on February 22nd, it was shipped to the wrong person!! It took me over a week to get in touch with someone to explain to me what was going on. I was hoping to have a nice photo to help celebrate my anniversary on March 15th, but nope.. still no sign of my sign! Just about a month later this piece of metal showed up on my doorstep. I've since asked for a refund and yet again no sign of any communication. I will never buy from The Sign Shoppe again! Get your shit together and someone who is better with photo editing.
