Packaging was not good. I cut a tiny sliver off top of plastic bag and cut through elastic on mask. Other orders from different vendors came wrapped in either tissue or bubble wrap -

When I recieved the pillowcases, the printing was screwed up. So I contacted the seller and explained the issue and she was sure to respond immediately. She shipped me two new items and I recieved them in a few days. Great seller and great items!
