I ordered 3 personalized ornaments. I made sure to meet the personalization limit of characters. The first 2 ornaments were beautiful. The 3rd, not so much. The personalization was cut off on both sides. I'm not sure why they even sent it to me this way. It wouldn't be sold in a store like this. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. These were gifts for my children's religion teachers. I can't give someone an ornament with their name cut off. If I had received correspondence from the seller saying they couldn't print the names correctly, I would have asked for just the year or no personalization.

I truthfully didn’t love it. The ‘Nana’ and ‘Abuela’ on the 2 blankets I ordered weren’t centered. It is kind of hard to actually read anything on the blankets. They are very soft and could be pretty if it looked more like the pictures. I’m going to keep them and give them as the Christmas gifts I ordered, but kind of disappointed overall.

Will update if refund is not issued. I thought this was a reputable site but I feel like I’ve been scammed.

This product is fine. It arrived without damage and I am satisfied. But I am not ordering from Jane again unless I get a replacement for my stamper that arrived damaged . I sent pictures and reached out requesting a new one but have not heard back. “Crickets”. You have lost a customer.

I ordered these for my dog who has a slow down mat in her bowl. This would cause her to chase her bowl around the floor, even with a rubber bottomed bowl. The mats have stopped the moving bowl. And they are cute.

I love the blanket! The name looks great and the material is very soft.

I love this product. I had ordered a blanket for my elderly mother-in-law a couple of years ago and loved it so when I saw this I had to have it for my grandson

The personalized name came out great but the packaging says beach towel. The material is very thin. The towel side is rough and doesn’t seem absorbent. A bit disappointed. Will use it at the pool.
