I never received this product. I ordered on 11/27. It was scheduled to ship on 12/6, and never did. I sent several emails and never received a response in regards to where my package was at. It did ship on 12/14 after I contacted Jane’s customer support. However, it was delivered in Ridgefield, Washington, and I am in Texas. I am not happy with this shop, and do not recommend this shop.

My product was shipped to a different state, to the absolute wrong address. Now I can’t get anyone to respond since their initial contact. I’ve asked for product options, no response. I now have asked for a refund and I wait. I have been very patient with the holidays. But the minute I forget to keep pursuing this until there’s a resolution; I am out money and product.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift. It was delivered to a home in a different state. I reached out by email to the seller and never heard back.

Took a very long time to arrive. Nicely made but the wood frame around the sign is WAY darker than it looks in person. Wishing I would of returned it.

Didn't even ship. Seller couldn't fulfill my order

I ordered this in November and sent two emails to the seller. Finally, instead of communicating from the beginning my order was just cancelled and refunded the second week of December. Very upsetting.

Never received the item despite being charged for it. Emailed the company and never got a response from them.

I ordered this on November 15th and it was supposed to ship on November 30th. It is now December 9th and it still hasn't shipped.
