I ordered this for my daughters 18th birthday and the packing slip even says the number 18, but the product says Happy 5th Birthday and then the name.. I emailed the contact person with no reply.. hopefully this can get resolved

Very thin and flimsy. Not what I expected

This is not at all what I expected. Very flimsy material, just paper & only one sided rose gold coloring.

My fault for not reading closer, this is flimsy paper. Not finished on the back. Can see the stick glued to the paper. Part of the name flops over, doesn't stand straight.

Do not buy. This came to me already broken. I didn't even get to use it on my cake. I might as well thrown cash in the trash can because as soon as it came out of the package it went in the trash 🤷🏻‍♀️ no way I could use it.

Came too late for my daughters bit

My order was shipped to Indiana instead of Alabama. I have contacted Jane and the seller. Basically, no response on what anyone is doing for my situation.

Beautiful product but it came bent/somewhat broken

Arrived beautifully packaged, but the only way it fit in the box was because the last three letters of the name were bent.

This is a piece of paper glued to 2 toothpicks. Very disappointed. Not worth the price at all.

It's really flimsy material- like card stock. I thought it would be made of bamboo or some kind of thin wood. I'm not sold that it was worth the 15 bucks I paid for it, including the shipping. It took a couple weeks to get, so order it ahead of time. Looks pretty though. Nice size.

Expected them to be a bit sturdier. Kinda flimsy for the cost. But, looks nice on a cake.

Pattern nice, something I could have done myself. Very cheezy looking and just held up by a stick. Looks nothing like pic.

It is ok but not as big as I expected for the price.
