3. Enter your email to receive further instructions.
4. Check your email within 24 hours for photo submission details (don't forget to check your spam folder).
5. Submit your photo within 24 hours to avoid order cancellation.
6. Review the proof you'll receive within 1-2 days and request any changes (one round of edits is included). Changes must be requested within 24 hrs.
7. Your portrait will be printed and shipped to you.

1. Can you edit elements out of my photo?
Photos are used as-is but can be cropped (however, some light editing with background removal can be done).

2. Can I include more than one pet?
Yes, as long as both pets are in the same photo. Separate photos will require separate orders.

3. Can I send multiple photos?
Yes, you can send more than one, and I will choose the best one (let me know if you have a preference). Only one photo will be used for the final proof.

4. Will my portrait be printed and shipped?
Yes, printing and shipping are included.

5. I haven't received my instructional email, what should I do?
If you haven't received the email after 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact me at [email protected].

FINE PRINT
