We got both of our mask, and both were broken. One band on each side was broke so we aren’t even able to wear them.

The straps are so stretched out the mask doesn't even fit if I but them around my poiny tail. The stitching came undone on the pleat while trying it on.

Product unfortunately wasn’t the same colour as the picture. Feel like the picture maybe had a slight filter on it. However if you’re not too fussy this should be fine. I got mine to match a specific outfit therefore the seller was very fast and replying to me and did offer to replace or refund therefore giving four stars for customer service.

The fabric is cute! The elastic bands are SO loose. I had to tie knots in both sides to fit.

We ordered two of the same size. It’s fine for larger faces (men). Mine was too big and couldn’t be worn.

:::UPDATED REVEIW::: The seller reached out and had a shipping issue due to covid she made everything right :) I did receive the bows on 7/6 and they are so cute! The shipping was horrible. It was suppose to ship by 6/20 and it did not I even contacted the seller and they told me it has shipped which by the way a label was just created by 6/20 it sat in the same Location of where they are located for weeks. I was hoping to receive this by July 4th but I will not receive it till after the Holiday.

** Updated review 7/6 - The seller reached out and this problem wasn't her fault, the items sat with USPS due to Covid 19 for some time, which she was able to get fixed! ** I have not received this item! I ordered this on June 17th, which I ordered specifically for 4th of July. It showed processing but had a tracking number up until July 2nd, as of today 7/6 I still have not received this item. So I ordered this item for absolutely nothing.
