I never got the product so I emailed Jane and of course they blew me off to a shipping company. Jane has done before a couple of years ago to me that I never received refund. The insured shipping co said they need a lot of info so it is easier for whoever is carrying the insurance should be the one that complains. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Not once was I ever notified of an issue with this order. Once I saw the review, I immediately contacted the customer to see what had happened as we would have taken care of this right away had we known of the problem. Although the customer refused to provide information about the order, we were able to find her order number and do some research. The first package was marked delivered shortly after it shipped out; however, since the review stated she never received it, we immediately reshipped the customer’s order and that tracking number also indicates it was delivered. The day after we reshipped her order, I did get an email that indicated Jane refunded her money (via the insurance) so it looks like this customer’s issues were all resolved.
