Since becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2008, I have dedicated myself to fostering wellness and mindfulness. In response to the pandemic's impact on in-person yoga classes, I launched Light & Love Yoga, a virtual platform to keep my clients active and connected. My journey with crystals began as a personal fascination and then a hobby, as I became known for gifting my simple crystal jewelry designs to fellow yoga teachers and students.
