CARE INSTRUCTIONS

* Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F)
* Tumble dry: low heat
* Do not iron directly on print
* Do not dryclean

-If you have a special request such as a different color or style shirt, a time frame that you may need your order by, etc. please send me a message.
-I check messages daily, so that is the best way to contact me about your order or future order.
-Please do no list any request for changes or ship times in the Note to Seller box as I do not read the notes until starting an order. At that point it may be to late for me to make a change.
PROCESSING

-All shirts are made/processed within 5 business days from the time the order is placed.
-Process time excludes weekends and holidays.
-Once the order has been processed we will ship it using USPS.
-Please note that upgrading your ship time will not affect the process time.
SHIPPING

-All orders are shipped using USPS.
-Shipping is an additional time frame on top of the process time.
CANCELLATIONS

-Due to shirts being made to order I am unable to cancel orders once they have begun processing.
However I try to allow a 12 hour window for cancellation if possible. Please contact me ASAP if needing to cancel or change your order.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

-Due to the custom/made to order nature of the item I do not allow returns or exchanges.
-I do list a size chart in the photo section of the listing so that you are able to choose the size that will work best for you.
-However if there is a mistake made on your order please message me with photos so that I can assist you with fixing or replacing the order.
