Funny Holiday Graphic Tees
Very very poor customer service :( I left my initial review explaining that I emailed them asking to change the address and I never received an email back confirming that they did. Thankfully I realized that the shirts were still shipped to the wrong address. I simply asked for a refund and left a bad review hoping i would actually get a response to the email this time. They stated they changed the address and said it was a glitch with their shipping. Then told me it was my responsibility to make sure the address was right (hence my initial email politely asking for the address change within minutes of the actual order). its the week before christmas and we needed these shirts for a function. I still dont have any shirts or a refund. Now this is going to be prolonged because they’re apparently very upset about this bad review (3 consecutive emails later, why they couldnt have been this responsive initially idk) and contacting Jane which I originally intended to do anyway. At this point the whole order is a waste of time and I had to expedite shirts from another company. All they had to do was a) communicate to the initial email that you changed the address. b) apologize for the mix up offer a refund or resend the order. c) leave the customer out of your business relationships with jane and your shipping company and acquire any monetary loss behind the scenes with them. I wish I could comment on the quality, size, and fit for you but it will be a christmas miracle if i could just get a refund or my original order (i guess we could wear them next year?).
