I ordered this shirt the beginning of September, the package supposedly shipped but tracking wasn't showing any movement. I contacted Support which reached out to the company who said they would check into it and get another shirt shipped right away. Support reached out again when no further response was made weeks later, the company never responded so Support issued a refund for the shirt. The company then responded a couple days later and said they would be shipping out the package in a couple of days. I responded to them and told them they could cancel that order and not ship it out as I had already been refunded. Never heard from them again.... Until Weeks later the day after Halloween, the shirt was delivered and then I received an email saying my refund was canceled and my card was charged again for the shirt. The Halloween shirt that doesn't do me any good now that Halloween is over and they did not have my permission to cancel my Refund and charge my card again. What a shitty company all the way around!!!!!! Over two months to get a Halloween shirt!!!

Very cute shirt, looked just like the photo of the white Bills shirt. It did take A VERY LONG time to receive, almost a month after order was placed. Finally contacted Jane, they reached out to the seller, and only then did it ship.

Got this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! Glad I bought it!

I love the shirt and the print on it. Only problem is that it was printed crooked. It’s hard for me to wear it. I was a little disappointed.

Shirt is cute but the seller is terrible. I ordered my shirt end of September and it arrived end of October. I never received anything from the seller stating what the issue was. Jane was no help I won’t be buying from them again. Awful customer service. Stick with Amazon.

Great shirt! Fits nice and good quality material.

If you need this quickly then you shouldn’t order here. I waited a few weeks while is continued to say “order processing” and by the time I received it, I now longer needed this seasonal item. Shirt was good quality but I didn’t realize the princess was more of a cracked, weathered look.

Item still hadn’t shipped out 8 days after estimated shipping date. So I reached out to seller and never got a response. Even if they were to deny my request I deserve a response. Item arrived too late for reason we ordered it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed my order August 31st and after multiple attempts at contacting the seller and Jane, I finally got my shirt in the middle of October. Customer service from Johnny Threads was rude. Would not recommend.

Love love love this t-shirt. So soft and adorable.

Seller took weeks to mail my T-shirt and it wasn’t until I reached out did they send it. Shirt is also cheap quality.

Ordered purple hocus pocus tee. Based on advertised picture it should have been purple with BLACK font. It was correct color shirt but had white font which did not look good. Also the shirt was entirely TOO LONG for it's size. I have started a return. Very disappointed.

Slow shipping… I’m still waiting on my package. It’s been over 2 weeks.
