fell off during sleep
Unfortunately these pads are so sticky after wearing over night(as directed), i have to use a pumice stone to get the residual stickiness off my feet. Not enough pads to really notice if toxins are being pulled but the black interior pad is so messy, i don’t want to continue use. Waste of money, not worth it!
This item took over 2 weeks to arrive and there are no instructions, it is all in Chinese, nothing in English on any packaging or the box. I do not know how to use them
Everything on the box is in chinese, I had to google directions just to double check on how to use them.
What little instructions there were - it was impossible to read. Figured it out and we think they work...?
My feet had horrible residue from this product.
Not really sure about the effectiveness of these pads.

They seem to work. I had a whole bunch of junk coming off my feet gross!
I was skeptical, but it actually works! It’s gross but neat hah
