This ornament is very deceiving. In the pictures, it looks like it is made out of ceramic and 3 dimensional, however, it is a flat piece cut out of thin wood with the picture printed on it.

This ornament looks NOTHING like the picture....it’s a printed digital image slapped on an ornament. Had I known this is what it really looked like I never would have purchased it

I thought this would be a 3D ceramic-type ornament. Instead it is a digital image printed and fixed to a flat thin wood cut-out. Disappointed.

Very disappointed, expected a ceramic 3D ornament. Instead received a picture of the ornament on a piece of wood. Went back to reread the description and no where on there does it say it's a print on wood. Definitely not putting this in my tree. And it's scratched and dented.deleteyeDegústel

This ornament is as crappy as this year was. This is false advertisement. You think you are getting a ceramic ornament only to receive a screen printed picture of a ceramic ornament. This is extremely disappointing but also very on brand for 2020.

So so bad, do not order. It looks like a nice ornament but what I received is a print of the image on a piece of wood.

Every year my family buys a personalized ornament at a kiosk in the mall but due to COVID they don't have them this year so when I see the ornaments on here they looked exactly like something the kiosk would have so I was so excited.....definitely NOT what I thought. It's just a piece of wood (that is splintering) with the image printed on...not worth the money. I wanted to help a small shop but I'll just stick to Etsy.

This is the cheapest ornament ever. It is a printed paper glued on a very thin piece of wood, you can’t even write on it as it wipes right back off like a dry erase board. Nothing at all what it advertised on Jane when I ordered it. I would never order from this company again. I reached out to the company and they will gladly refund the money if I ship the ornament back. I asked them to provide a shipping label and they would not do so. It’s not worth the money to ship back so I am just out the money.

I typically am not one to leave negative reviews, but this ornament is nothing like what is pictured. The pictures show the cute ceramic ornament that you can typically get personalized, but what arrived looked like a scanned picture of a ceramic order printed on die-cut wood. It is pitiful. I double checked the product description before leaving a review and it does not mention that it is a thin wood ornament. Listing pictures are VERY misleading.

I was so disappointed. It looks so pretty in the picture, but I literally got a cardboard cutout in the mail. I feel like i need to order another one from somewhere else now.

While the ornament came in a timely manner, it is a printed picture on wood. The picture is fuzzy; the ornament doesn't look nearly as good as what is pictured. This was a waste of money, and I would not recommend .

This looks nothing like the picture. I have an ornament similar, but made of acrylic and thought this would be the same. This is a cheap blurry image printed on a piece of wood. The faces are even gray. Waste of money!! So disappointed in this product.

I was super disappointed to receive this purchase in the mail. The ornaments shown in the pictures online appear to be ceramic or acrylic. That is not at all the case. It a piece of wood with a sticker on it. The white is pixilated and grayed. I definitely can not pass this along as the gift it was intended to be.

Cheap blurry print on glued to a piece of cardboard. Completely catfished. The item shown is a nice 3D ceramic glossy ornament, Not what arrived at my house. Requested refund!!!!

Terrible The picture looks like ceramic, but I think someone literally took a blurry picture of a ceramic one, printed it on crappy paper, and glued it to crappy wood If it was worth the shipping I'd send it back
