Didn’t work.

This neck massager feels like it is shocking you not massaging. It’s actually painful to the touch and a complete waste of money.

The piece the watch charger attaches to is really loose/flimsy. The plastic isn’t really durable.

I’m 50/50. It’s not actually a massager, it’s a TENS unit and shouldn’t be marketed that way. If your connection pads aren’t fully in touch with the skin it can cause an uncomfortable sensation. That being said, it’s design is that to sit quite snuggly. Helpful with my tension headaches somewhat.

Has heat and massage. It does relax some of your lightly aggravated muscles.

Stopped working with in an hour of use.

Did not work at all and when requested my money back I never heard back from the seller or Jane.

Used for headaches as my tension is in my neck. Works well. This isn’t like a massage it’s more of a muscle zap or twitch with a little warmth.

It's a maybe for me. Not sold that it's great.

This does work. I like the idea. Not sure it will last for daily use, but maybe for occasional. Great to not need to buy replacement electrode pads. Wish it had an additional section that does the part below and above it as well. The controls are not the best, very limited on adjusting the power. Jumps from very low to very high with one button click, no in between level. Charging cable did not work. Able to rig it well enough to charge with a cable I had on hand, but have to keep messing with the port. Does not fit on anyone with a med-thick neck, would not recommend for a man due to this. Is very handy for me while at work, not too crazy looking with cords like normal tens units. Definitely has it’s usefulness.
