Hello,Dear Thanks for the message and sorry for not getting back to you sooner .No worries, it is very easy to adjust the size through the two "tails" .Just pull the string and beads.It may be a little bit hard to pull it coz it is too tight but no worries, it will not break, Just loosen or tighten it through the string and then put your wrist into the hole to tie it .It fits a 6.5-7.5" wrist Best regards Evelyn
