Wonderful customer service! I emailed asking for a custom item without the hooks and they happily granted my request.

Got this for my niece and she has a very long and hyphenated name - I was skeptical that they would be able to make it work but it turned out amazing.

Didn’t come with mounting brackets

Did not coming with mounting brackets, no response from company They made better by mailing the mounting brackets after the fact but couldn’t give the gift bc was a holiday gift.

I ordered this glass on Jane for my sons birthday in 10 days but it is NOT personalized, very upset

Wrong, wrong + wrong personalization. I purchased a pair of whisky glasses as an Xmas gift for my s/o. The first time I received the glasses- the personalization was incorrect. The company offered to send a corrected pair of glasses gratis. When I received the second pair, the glasses were shattered. Finally the company offered to send a correct pair with abundant packaging filling- and the company sent me someone else’s order.

The dates on the glass were incorrect, the glass itself is oblong and unlevel, and have gotten no response from the seller on my request to get the glass for the correct dates.

I only gave this item one star because the personalization was correct. The second line was crooked and there was too much of a space between Paw Paw. I was not very happy with this product and will be looking for something else to give my husband for Christmas.

Can barely see the engraved on the glass.

The quality of the glass itself was good and met expectations, but the etching was pretty poorly done - very spotty and not clear.

Love the glass but it was a gift and emailed the day after I ordered and was told I coukd change one name- no problem! Get it and it was not changed. Emailed for a replacement but no reply!

The engraving is a very small thin font that is difficult to read. The glass seems to be of good quality.

The etching is very hard to see and off centered.

I love the idea... the glass was good quality - but the etching was thin and rough. Almost like you could cut yourself on the etching.
