I like them, got them very quickly, the seller was so nice to answer my email right away, but I thought the monogram would be darker or I would have given it 5 stars!!

I was initially VERY disappointed in how light the printing is on my mat. The images in the pictures are MUCH darker than the one I received. However after contacting the seller, they are making it right in a very timely manner.

Excellent customer service!! Great door mat for a Christmas present.

I love the look of the mat in pictures. But when I received mine, it was printed too light, not nearly as dark as shown. And the letters seem too small compared to the examples shown. The letters look a bit smudged. But with Christmas around the corner, I don't think I have time to have it remade. The mat had potential but looks rushed.

Cute at first, but within less than 3 days, the mat shed so much that the monogram/wording is unrecognizable.
