Thank you for your feedback. The listing states that some pepper has really large kernels so keep that in mind when choosing which coarse of pepper you choose to put in these shakers. They really are super cute so I went with a smaller kernal and they work perfectly. I hope you enjoy these shakers for years to come. Yes, they are fragile, they are glass but they are really sturdy.

Terrible terrible representation!!!! It’s literally a photo copy on a flimsy piece of paper. Disgraceful.

I would be happy to replace your item. We strive to make our customers happy and we apologize for you receiving a bad copy. We ALWAYS use 28lb or 60lb paper weight depending on the prints and never use plain paper. Again, we apologize.
