I ordered 2 ornaments and as soon as they arrived I ordered a 3rd because they turned out absolutely beautiful!! I can not recommend these ornaments enough. Pat does a beautiful job!
The item is adorable and arrived super quick. Great gift item. The only "negative " comment is there were no instructions provided on how to get the picture info to the seller. I followed the instructions provided by Brads Deals. I'm thinking the seller would have reached out, but I just followed the Brads Deal instructions right after I placed the order.
This business was so easy to work with! I would highly recommend them! Fast turn around, and the ornament is perfect with my furbabies on it!
Pat was a gem to work with! She was great with reminding me to send my picture, because she wanted to make sure I got my panel in time for Halloween. The actual product is cuter than the picture shows (if you can believe it)!! I hope to see other holidays available, because I need all the holidays!

My package got stuck at the post office near the seller. Was so easy to work with them. They were able to help get it to me even though it was really out of their control.
